Friendly Disclaimer: We like to keep things fun, creative, and relaxed! These terms aren't meant to intimidate or scare you away, but rather to set clear expectations and protect both you and us before we get started.

Casual Session Agreement: This session is a casual, non-commercial engagement for personal and creative purposes, and does not constitute a paid service agreement or commercial contract. (Portfolio or public display of captured images is completely subject to optional consent selection upon form submission.) Submitting our booking/inquiry form constitutes acknowledgment and agreement that this release of liability is a legally binding agreement.

Discretion & Safety: Any scheduling, attendance, or execution of a photoshoot is conducted solely at the convenience and discretion of Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY, with no obligation to perform or attend. Participants release Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY from any and all liability, demands, or claims for personal injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur before, during, or after this session. While we always aim for a safe and easygoing experience, participants agree to exercise reasonable care and remain responsible for any equipment damage or injury resulting from reckless behavior, intentional misconduct, or unmanaged pets or children.

Digital Disclaimers & Delivery: While Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY take privacy seriously, absolute cybersecurity cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for unauthorized digital breaches, server data loss, or unretrievable imagery. The creation, editing, and provision of any private gallery page is at the sole discretion of Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY, with no guarantee of image delivery, quality, or turnaround time. R & D PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to deny delivery or delete any gallery page at any time without notice due to storage constraints or any other reason.

Where optional portfolio consent is granted upon form submission, participants grant R & D PHOTOGRAPHY a non-commercial photo release to display captured images on their website, online portfolio, and social media channels. This permission is granted freely and without financial compensation. While participants may request the removal of their images from public view at any time, R & D PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for any prior display, sharing, or distribution of the images before the removal request was processed.
