Casual Session Agreement: This session is a casual, non-commercial engagement for personal and creative purposes, and does not constitute a paid service agreement or commercial contract. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that this release of liability is a legally binding agreement.
Discretion & Safety: Any scheduling, attendance, or execution of a photoshoot is conducted solely at the convenience and discretion of Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY, with no obligation to perform or attend. You release Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY from any and all liability, demands, or claims for personal injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur before, during, or after this session. While we always aim for a safe and easygoing experience, participants agree to exercise reasonable care and remain responsible for any equipment damage or injury resulting from reckless behavior, intentional misconduct, or unmanaged pets or children.
Digital Disclaimers & Delivery: While Reid, Deanna, and R & D PHOTOGRAPHY take privacy seriously, absolute cybersecurity cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for unauthorized digital breaches, server data loss, or unretrievable imagery. The creation, editing, and provision of any private gallery page is at our sole discretion, with no guarantee of image delivery, quality, or turnaround time. R & D PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to deny delivery or delete any gallery page at any time without notice due to storage constraints or any other reason.
